The first hello. The last line of defence.
A WDC entry door greets your guests with a solid, quiet thunk, then stands guard through every February night. Canadian-made steel and fiberglass, foam-core insulated, hung square by our own crews. Installation is always free.
Now watch it lock down.
One gentle turn of the key fires five hardened bolts around the entire perimeter. Tap a point, or let the door show off by itself.
A solid steel bolt throws a full inch into a reinforced strike plate. This is the lock you feel when the key turns.
Steel, fiberglass or wood, side by side.
No sales script, just the truth we tell every homeowner at the kitchen table. Watch the bars when you scroll in.
Steel
Fiberglass

Build your entrance in ten seconds.
Pick a slab, add sidelites, crown it with a transom. The elevation redraws itself, live.
Design it your way
Every combination below is a real build we do all the time. Your consultant measures the opening and confirms every detail before anything is ordered.
The six-second decision.
Your door colour is the first thing the street reads about you. Pick one and watch the whole house change its mind.
Factory-finished and baked on, so the colour you pick is the colour it keeps, through road salt, July sun and every hockey bag that bangs through it.
Eight ways to say welcome home.

The complete Novatech 2026 entry door catalogue, supplied by our distributor Palma Door Systems. Every steel slab, doorglass and finish across 124 pages, one click away in a new tab.
Three quiet details, one warm hallway.
The difference between a door and a WDC door is felt at 7 a.m. in February, standing in the hallway with a coffee.
Magnetic weatherstripping
It grabs the door like a fridge seal and lets go with a whisper. No rattling, no whistling, no strip of daylight under the door.
Adjustable sill & sweep
A composite sill and bottom sweep hug the threshold, so slush, salt and wind stay on the porch where they belong.
Foam-insulated core
The slab is filled with high-density insulating foam, the same idea as a good cooler, working for you all winter.
Screens are nice. Doors are better in person.
Every door on this page is hanging in our Toronto showroom right now. Bring the family, bring a photo of your front, take your time.

Glass inserts
Decorative, wrought-iron and privacy glass units, sealed and warranted against failure.
Hardware & locks
Handles, hinges, deadbolts and multi-point systems, covered and serviceable.
Our labour
WDC stands behind the installation itself, not just the product. If it shifts, we come back.
What GTA homeowners ask us.
Honestly, both. Both are foam-insulated and shrug off freeze-thaw cycles. Pick steel if security and value lead your list, fiberglass if you want a stained wood look with the least upkeep. We will happily price both at your free consult so you can compare real numbers, not guesses.
In most cases, yes. Doors, sidelites and transoms are sized to your opening, and glass styles come in matching families, so the new unit reads as one designed piece. Bring a photo of your front to the consult and we will sketch it together.
Most entry doors are a one-day job: old unit out in the morning, new door hung, sealed and trimmed by dinner. Your home is never left open overnight, and installation is always free with your door.
If the draft comes from the door unit, yes. Worn weatherstripping, a warped slab and a tired sill are the usual suspects. A new pre-hung unit with magnetic seals, an adjustable sill and a foam core closes that gap completely. Most homeowners tell us they feel it the first evening.
Yes, year-round. We work one opening at a time and move quickly, so the furnace barely notices. Some of our favourite before-and-after photos were taken in February.
If maximum resistance to kick-ins and a door that never rattles matter to you, absolutely. One turn engages bolts around the whole perimeter, like the Lockdown Lab at the top of this page. It is available on select models; ask us and we will show you the exact hardware in the showroom.
Come home to it tonight.
Tell us about your front door and we will bring the samples, the catalogue and the measuring tape. You bring the coffee. Fair?
